At Royals Interiors, we don’t just renovate homes — we reimagine them. Every space we transform tells a story of potential unlocked, comfort enhanced, and style elevated. From outdated designs to modern masterpieces, here are some of our most inspiring before-and-after home renovation stories that prove the power of great design.

Whether it’s a cozy apartment or a spacious villa, each makeover is a testament to how thoughtful planning, expert craftsmanship, and creative vision can completely redefine the way you live.

1. From Cramped to Contemporary: A Small Apartment’s Big Transformation

Before

A 2BHK apartment with poor lighting, dated furniture, and little storage was limiting the lifestyle of a young couple working from home.

After

We opened up the living space with a neutral color palette, added smart storage using modular units, and created a dual-purpose home office nook with sleek, space-saving furniture. The kitchen was redesigned with a parallel layout for functionality and style.

Highlight: A floating media unit and layered lighting added a touch of modern luxury.

2. A Living Room Rebirth: From Dull to Dramatic

Before

The living area was disconnected from the rest of the home, with mismatched furniture and bland finishes.

After

We introduced a warm minimalist aesthetic, combining a monochrome base with earthy textures and gold accents. Custom shelving, accent lighting, and an oversized mirror visually expanded the space.

Highlight: The new feature wall became the perfect backdrop for family photos and art.

3. Kitchen Makeover: Outdated to Ultra-Modern

Before

An old-fashioned, closed-off kitchen with insufficient counter space and poor ventilation.

After

We opened up the layout to create an L-shaped modular kitchen with an island for prep and breakfast seating. Matte-finish cabinets, integrated lighting, and soft-close drawers added both elegance and convenience.

Highlight: A custom spice rack and pull-out pantry made everyday cooking a joy.

4. Bedroom Bliss: From Cluttered to Calm

Before

The bedroom lacked harmony, with bulky furniture and inadequate storage making it feel tight and chaotic.

After

A serene color scheme of blues and greys, paired with a floating wardrobe, helped open up the room. We also added layered lighting, sheer curtains, and a padded headboard for a hotel-like experience.

Highlight: A hidden work desk in the wardrobe for work-from-home convenience.

5. Full-Home Makeover: From Basic to Beautiful

Before

A 10-year-old home with dated finishes, disjointed spaces, and no design cohesion.

After

We gave the entire house a cohesive, contemporary refresh — from a modular kitchen and statement lighting to customized furniture and fresh wall treatments. The design was guided by a “modern elegance” theme, with every room tailored to the family’s lifestyle.

Highlight: Smart automation and eco-friendly materials added lasting value and comfort.
